171 new Covid cases were registered during the past 24 hours, while 92 persons have recovered. The total number of active cases is 2,373, 299 of whom were repatriated. There are 19 persons who are being treated at Mater Dei with the virus, with one person at the ITU. The new cases emerged from 3,926 swab tests, bringing the total of tests to  1,065,162. Earlier this week, Malta became a member of this foundation whose aspirations include universal peace. At least 97 persons died in the tragedy. Rescue workers said that only one victim has not been found. All persons trapped under the rubble had died.
