The baked chicken with beer is one of the main dishes with which you can be sure to be safe.
It is easy to prepare and is highly successful thanks to the delicate taste of white meat that becomes pleasantly aromatic after marinating and cooking with ale, garlic, rosemary and thyme.
• 800 g of chopped chicken
• 400 ml of light beer
• 2 cloves of garlic
• fresh thyme
• extra virgin olive oil
• 1 knob of butter
• black pepper
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. The first thing to do, is to wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Then transfer them into a glass bowl together with the beer, halved garlic, a few grains of crushed black pepper, thyme and rosemary. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then drain well from the marinade (keep aside) and flour them.
2. Brown the chicken pieces in a saucepan where you have warmed 2 tablespoons of oil and the butter. Turn them often so that they are evenly browned, then add salt and put them in a baking dish. Add the marinade kept aside, with the aromatic herbs and garlic. Bake in the oven at 200 ° and cook for 40-50 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces of meat.
