INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- The skins of 5 carrots
- Some almonds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chili pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Wash the carrots well, dry them, chop the skins with a knife.
- Add a little oil, the almonds, the clove of garlic and a pinch of pepper.
- Blend everything until you get a cream to taste with pasta, croutons or fish based second courses.
