During a recent interview with the American radio presenter Charlamagne Tha God, Ed Sheeran let himself reveal a very important detail on the new album “No.6 Collaborations Project”.

In addition to those duets already known made with Justin Bieber and Chance the Rapper, one of the featuring duets in the project will also be one with Bruno Mars.

“This project actually started with an idea I had. Do you remember – Lady Marmalade?” – said Ed, quoting the famous version of the song made by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Lil’Kim and Mya. “I had a similar idea. I thought like, ‘Oh, having Bruno, Bieber and me on a record, how much fun would that be? The first person I called was Bruno. He reacted like ‘Let’s make a song. Only U.S.'”

And then he continued:

“That’s how it all started. I made a song with Bruno and one with Bieber. From these two individual songs the project started.”

We, like you, look forward to discovering the other music stars featured on Ed’s new album. In the meantime, below you can take a look at the tracklist…

On  June 14th, 16th and 19th,  the singer is expected on the stages of Firenze Rocks, the Olimpico di Roma and the San Siro stadium in Milan.
