- 340 grams of raw dry peas, possibly organic
- 950 ml of water
- First of all wash the peas! Then boil for about hour and a half, or until they are sufficiently soft.
- Put them in a blender and add 850 ml of water and, optionally, also 2 pitted dates.
- Blend everything until a homogeneous milk is obtained (if necessary add water until reaching the desired consistency). If you do not like the remaining grinders, you can filter your milk in a cotton cloth.
