We all use lemons in the kitchen or even to prepare simple drinks. But this was really a surprise for us too!

If you are really strong and can stand the sour taste of lemon, you can simply eat it! Lemons, in fact, provide you with a large amount of vitamins: they are rich in phytonutrients. The latter are useful for eliminating the free radicals that cause the famous damage that we all know by now.

Lemon Diet

The lemon aroma has antiseptic properties, which means it can affect your mental state. This can significantly decrease the chances of having attacks of anxiety, panic or depression, thanks also to its fragrance. The only thing you need for this advice is some lemons. 

Cut the top of the lemon and place it vertically. Next, take a sharp knife and cut the lemon both horizontally and vertically. Be careful not to cut the parts completely. Put the lemon in a bowl near your bed and let the aromas disperse in the environment.
