Among croquettes, biscuits and various snacks, the purchase of food for our pets, especially if we decided to make the beautiful gesture of adopting more than one, not just affects the family budget. Yet, do you know that it takes very little to prepare snacks, biscuits and other tasty meals for our four-legged friends? One way to save money and also to make sure that the foods we are providing to the dog or cat are healthy and prepared with selected ingredients.
Here then is a simple and quick recipe for preparing homemade cookies for our dogs at home:
- A ripe banana
- 250gr of rice flour
- 1 egg
- 100ml of water
- Mash the banana and then mix it with the rice flour, egg and water. Work the mixture until you obtain a fairly elastic dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured shelf and cut out the biscuits.
- Cook for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Keep home-made biscuits for no more than two weeks in a tin can or in a cotton bag.
