Eyelashes are good to have and look at. A club of those long eyelashes, and you’ll have the one where you had the eye. I mean, come on, who can resist a long series of lashes?
There are also practical uses for these fine hairs that cover the eyelids. They protect the eyes from small particles such as dust, sand or debris to prevent them from entering the eye and even damaging it. They also provide a shield against light which can also cause eye damage. For many, however, it is difficult to get a thick set of eyelashes. Some also find that they often lose their eyelashes and have difficulty growing them. The reasons for this include age, medical problems, lack of nutrients, an eye infection, hormonal changes, eye rubbing frequently, and even if you don’t remove your makeup at night.
And while cures work differently for different people, here are some natural forms that can help you grow thicker lashes.
1. Castor oil
It has also been found that the properties of the oil reduce the dryness and build-up of dead skin which also prevents the lashes from growing to their full potential. For use, put 2 tablespoons of castor oil and 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel in a cotton ball. Gently clean the lashes without getting into the eyes. Leave overnight, then rinse with a warm rinse cloth in the morning. Do this every day for 2-3 months.
2. Aloe vera
And since cilia are cells that depend on a healthy body to grow, all the previous nutrients play a vital role in that process. To use, get a clean mascara bar and dip it in an aloe vera tube. Place it on the lashes as if it were mascara and leave it on overnight. Rinse with a warm cloth in the morning. Do this every day for 1-2 months.
3. eggs
To use, mix an egg and a spoonful of T glycerin oil in a mixture. Put on a cotton ball, and leave it to act for 15 minutes. Wash the mixture with cold water and repeat the process three times a week for a few months.
4. Green tea
The use of green tea, especially unlike black tea and Oolong tea, has several advantages. This type of tea is made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have not undergone the process of passion and oxidation. Because of this, it retains a large part of its pure nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin B2, folic acid, beta-carotene, vitamin E. potassium, calcium and phosphorus, as well as flavonoids (anti-oxidants).
With all these nutrients essentially unfiltered in their eyelashes, it will stimulate growth and help cleanse the follicles, allowing for more substantial growth to occur.
Remember that with every treatment you have to be abundant. Do not dry the tabs when removing make-up, or when applying and removing the elements used in the treatment. It is also essential that you also ingest many of these vitamins in your diet.
