“Let’s dance” … London discotheques celebrate the end of Covid restrictions

Several people in London flocked to nightclubs and discos to celebrate the end of months of Covid-related restrictions.
The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson chose July 19 as ‘Freedom Day’ – the day on which many of the restrictions introduced due to Covid-19 were to end.
In addition to opening nightclubs and nightclubs other measures were eased including the mandatory wearing of masks and teleworking.
School bubbles where particular groups of students are prohibited from mixing with others, will end on 16 August.
This easing of restrictions has been welcomed by many British however others are concerned that there will be a huge increase in new cases.
It is estimated that 87% of the adult population have received their first dose of vaccine while 68% received both doses of the vaccine and are fully vaccinated.
