This dish is easy and quick to prepare. A pesto that is prepared in minutes, while cooking the pasta. This condiment is perfect for any pasta format, even spaghetti, linguine or tagliatelle. Now you just have to read the recipe, try it and let me know if you liked it. 



  • 160 g Pasta 
  • 60 g Peeled Almonds 
  • 12 Fresh Tomatoes
  • 10 Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan
  • to taste Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper 


  • To prepare the  pasta with basil almond pesto and cherry tomatoes, prepare the pesto.
  • In a mixer add the almonds, the fresh basil, the Parmesan and start to blend.
  • Add a little oil a little at a time and a couple of cherry tomatoes.
  • The pesto should not be very creamy but depending on your preference you can blend it more often or leave the chopped almonds roughly.
  • In a pan heat some oil with garlic. Add the fresh tomatoes cut into 4 parts. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Turn off the stove as soon as it is soft and add the pesto.
  • Keep some pasta cooking water.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the dressing in a pan. Add a little cooking water if necessary.
  • Sauté by adding the fresh Parmesan.
  • If necessary, you can add oil when raw when sautéed.
