Maltese meals can go a long way. Usually when we cook rabbit stew we tend to have left overs. And what better way is there to enjoy this than to add sit to a bowl of spaghetti?! Mmmm, mouth is already watering!
Anyhow, this dish is usually eaten as a starter before the actual rabbit meal is served but you can very well save it for the next day and have a quick meal without any hassle after a day’s work. We believe not much of a recipe is needed here… but here it is…

INGREDIENTS (INGREDJENTI):
- Rabbit stew leftover (Dak li baqa’ mill-istuffat tal-fenek)
- Spaghetti
METHOD (METODU):
- Boil some spaghetti. Agħlli l-ispagetti.
- Cover with some sauce from the rabbit stew. Saħħan iz-zalza tal-istuffat tal-fenek li fadal u meta jkun lesta l-għaġin ħallat kollox flimkien.
- Finely grated Parmesan cheese can be added on top. Servi bi ftit ġobon maħkuk skont il-gosti.
