More than a day has passed since Hurricane Dorian finally moved away from the Bahamas, and damage is now being taken into account. So far, 20 deaths have been ascertained, but according to the Bahamas prime minister, Hubert Minnis, this number is expected to grow in the coming hours. 

Dorian  had arrived  in the Bahamas between Sunday and Monday, and had been classified as a Category 5 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson scale, the one measuring the intensity of the disturbances. Most affected were the Abaco Islands, located in the northeast of the Caribbean archipelago, and the island of Gran Bahama.
