We all know how good salmon is for our health… so here is a tasty recipe for all of you to try… simple and finger licking good!
The millefoglie of salmon and potatoes is a plate of fish easy and fast to prepare, with small salmon medallions alternating with layers of potatoes and seasoned with oil, parsley, salt and pepper. A different and original way to eat salmon!
Let’s see how easy this is…
- Prepare the salmon medallions by dabbing well with kitchen paper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about half a centimeter thick.
- Now, form the millefoglie in this way: cover a baking sheet with baking paper and alternate layers of potatoes and salmon. Season each layer with a little oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. At the last layer add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.

Cook the millefoglie of salmon and potatoes at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately accompanying with a salad or seasonal vegetables. Enjoy! 🙂
