• ½ shallot
• 30 g of black olives
• 20 g of capers
• 40 g of mustard
• bread of your choice
HOW TO PREPARE
- Cook the diced tofu for a few minutes in a pan with the oil and finely chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer it to a bowl and add the beans, capers, olives, mustard and blend with a blender until creamy.
- Stuff the bread you prefer by alternating layers of tofu cream with some salad leaves and sliced tomato.
- Garnish with toothpicks and decorate them – if you like – with cherry tomatoes.
