PREPARATION

  • Prepare the pastry and then keep it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. After this time, roll it out keeping a thickness of 2-3 mm on a lightly floured work surface. 
  • Use the appropriate cookie cutter cake and then arrange the biscuits of pastry on a baking sheet. Cook at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes and then, as soon as they turn golden, fill them with jam or hazelnut or gianduia cream, overlap another biscuit and sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar.
