4. Sleep well: the position taken during sleep can affect this phenomenon. Force yourself not to sleep on the right side. It is advisable to sleep on the back or on the left side;
5. Pay attention to body weight: Being overweight can be one of the triggers of digestive disorders such as reflux. The fat concentrated on the abdomen tends to press against the stomach, causing the acid to rise towards the esophagus. The result is a slowing down of digestion;
