The beneficial effects of baking soda on hair

27/04/2019
Few people know this, but baking soda is a great ally of beauty, especially when it comes to hair. This substance that is found in all the houses is in fact perfect for having a shiny, soft and healthy hair. Don’t believe it? Then experience all the benefits of baking soda for your hair… here is how:
Apple vinegar and baking soda are the ingredients to create a strengthening shampoo. Use it instead of your usual hair cleansing product and you will get a great result, with strong, shiny and beautiful hair.
Baking-soda
Baking soda is an excellent remedy against excess sebum in the skin. It helps to counteract greasy hair naturally. Use it to create a scrub, mixing a few tablespoons of product with water and massaging it on the skin. Finally rinse and wash the hair normally.
Sodium bicarbonate is also an excellent disinfectant and is perfect for cleaning. Use it whenever you want to clean the hair from residues of other products, such as lacquer, gel, foams, dyes or waxes.
Baking soda is perfect for moisturising hair and making it brighter. Add it to the conditioner, to enhance its action, nourish the hair in depth and neutralize the annoying frizz.
Often dandruff tends to come back, even after using a specific shampoo against this problem. To eliminate it completely, use a sodium bicarbonate mask to prepare at home and use whenever you want.
