After the strong earthquake that struck on April 22nd, the water from the pools on the roof of a Manila palace also overflowed. A scene documented in a video published on Storyful portrays, precisely, the moment in which the earthquake causes a kind of flood.
The incident occurred following the first of two strong shocks, that of 6.1 on the Richter scale, which resulted in 11 deaths and dozens injured. On April 23rd, a new magnitude 6.4 earthquake has shaken the Asian country. The epicenter was detected near Tutubigan, hundreds of kilometers south of the previous one. The relief effort continues, but the work is difficult because there is no electricity and a generator is sought to be able to dig through the rubble.
