Watermelon cake

INGREDIENTS

• 1 slice of watermelon 5 cm thick
• melon balls
• 2 kiwis
• 100 g cherries
• 50 g blueberries
• fresh mint

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. To prepare the watermelon cake carefully clean the outside of the watermelon. Slice it transversely and make a slice about 28 cm in diameter and 5 cm thick.
  2. Take away the seeds by helping yourself with a small knife.
  3. Add some fruit: balls of yellow melon, sliced kiwi, blueberries, cherries and decorated with fresh mint.
  4. Keep the watermelon cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve
