This is a fast to prepare dish which doesn’t break the bank. can be easily prepared and is very tasty. Above all it has all the right ingredients to help us loose weight!

All you have to do is get the flatbread and fill with the right ingredients such as:

  • chickpea hummus
  • avocado
  • vegetables

It is a good dish that satisfies, thanks to the fibers contained in chickpeas and flatbread. In addition the combination of avocado and chickpeas is a mix of high biological value proteins (i.e. those that contain the essential amino acids that our body alone cannot produce) that serve to maintain muscle mass and accelerate biochemical functions. Finally it contains many fatty acids, such as Omega 3, with antioxidant power, which help us to keep our skin healthy and feel good-humored.
